Frequently asked questions:
1. How to navigate?
On the home page, select the category you are interested in on the bar, e.g. Teas, click on View more, and then click on the product you are interested in.
You can also use the list that develops when you click on the three dashes on the left side of the home page. All the categories on the page will then appear, including a redirect to the login page.
2. How can I find out more about a topic?
If you want to get more information about a product, article - in a given category browse and click on it.
3. How to read information about a product?
Each product is described with basic information about its composition, weight, suggested method of preparation/use, as well as tea ingredients and interesting facts about their properties. At the very top is the motto, the thought behind the particular tea and what it can give you.
You can also choose the type of packaging by selecting it from the drop-down list on the left under the photo.
4. How do I search for products/articles?
To search, you can use the search engine, described in our store by the word Search.
One is located on the bottom bar of the main page in the lower left corner.
The second one is located in the drop-down list - three dashes in the upper left corner of the home page.
5. How to buy the selected product?
To buy the selected product, click on the Add to cart or Buy now tile.
If you choose Buy now, you will be redirected directly to the page where you enter the required data and then to the payment page.
If you choose Add to Cart, you can continue shopping until you complete your purchase. Then click on the shopping cart symbol in the upper right corner and then on Fulfillment.
If you want to select more than one item of a product, click on the shopping cart symbol and select a quantity for the product.
6. What are the delivery costs?
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in the shopping cart and are therefore added to the final Shipping Methods step, where you choose the shipping method.
You can also check the delivery costs in the Delivery and payment section.
7. How can I see what products have been added to my cart?
You can view the products you've selected by clicking on the shopping cart symbol in the upper right corner of the page.
8. How can I order products when all the selected ones have been added to the cart?
Once you have finished browsing products, proceed to complete your order by clicking on the shopping cart symbol in the top right corner of the page.
In the shopping cart you can review the products you have selected, change their quantities and remove any products you wish to discontinue.
You can also finalize your order by clicking on "Complete purchase";
9. How can I go back to browsing while I am in the shopping cart?
You can return to the store and continue shopping by simply closing your cart.
10. What can I do if I am out of stock?
If your order exceeds the current stock in the store or you are a customer interested in wholesale quantities, please contact us by phone or email.
11. How to fill in my contact details?
In the login window choose one of the options:
- if you have an account in our store - fill in the required fields and click "I am logging in";
- if you do not have an account and do not want to set up an account, click "Proceed to shipping", fill in the required fields and follow the displayed instructions;
- if you do not have an account and wish to save the information for future reference, uncheck "Save this information for next time", complete the required fields, and follow the prompts;
In the next step, you can either proceed to shipping or return to your cart.
If you are interested in our newsletter tick "Send me e-mails with news and offers".
In the next step, select the shipping methods. At this stage you can also correct your data or go back to the previous page.
12. How to make a payment?
In the last step, enter your payment details and enter your billing address. You can check your order or go back to shipping.
13. How can I use the discount code?
If you have a discount code, add it when you have selected products in your cart. The last moment to add a code is before payment.
14. How can I remove a product from my cart?
You can remove products from your cart by going to your cart and clicking remove or by typing 0.
15. How will I know at what stage is my order?
At different stages of order processing, watch for messages - both those displayed on the store's website and those sent to your e-mail box - and follow their instructions;
16. Do i have to give my e-mail address and telephone number when logging in?
You can choose only one form of communication. These data are necessary for the delivery by a courier company.
However, be aware that if you do not have the data to order the courier, then the waiting time for the package may be longer.
17. How can i track my order status?
You can log in to your account and check your order by its number.
You can also contact us for order details by writing or calling us.
18. How do i return a product?
You can find all the information in the Returns Policy on the home page in the bottom bar. Just follow the information there.
